A conversation with Sunanda

When you are agitated, remember that daily routines and good habits can help you to calm your mind.

When you are troubled by intense negative thoughts, remember to try to do some hobbies for example rear a pet or take care of your garden. This will help you to divert your attention and make you feel that you are needed.

How to prevent yourself to dwell in negative thoughts? Just think in a different way, a better way.
