“Don’t go to the temple just to ‘do’ something. Instead, go to ‘learn’ something.”
“People like to ‘do’ things at the temple, such as performing rituals, see friends, talk, work... A whole life-time of ‘doing’ may not bring about any real transformation in the character of the doer. We only ‘grow’ through learning.
